Sales Analyst

Location: On Site in North Royalton, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Analyst:

Analyze sales performance data, trends, and key metrics to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for sales leadership.
Monitor pipeline activity, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency across systems.

Qualifications for the Sales Analyst:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, sales operations, or a related role.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
