Wage: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (Weekend Warrior)

• Advocate of Empathy:
  Understand the importance of empathy and create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer:
  Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique. Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience for success.
• Master of the Mise en Scène:
  Set the stage for a successful day—prepare dining rooms, library events, and residents’ rooms for nighttime routines to guide the resident’s experience.
• Life Partner:
  Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
• Document Resident Care:
  Accurately record resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist Orientation:
  Help orient team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude; love for residents.
• Computer skills: print documents and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
• Criminal background check required.
