LPN/Nurse Manager $5K Sign On Bonus $31.50-$39 7pm-7am (Full-Time)

Starting wage: $31.50‑$39.00 per hour
Shift schedule:
Week 1 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm‑7am;
Week 2 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm‑7am
- Serve as the department supervisor in the absence of the department head, overseeing the Wellness team and coordinating with other departments to provide quick, reliable, person‑centered care.
- Provide on‑floor leadership, responding to call lights, assisting team members, and demonstrating urgency to meet residents’ needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents.
- Exemplify core values by delivering professional, caring interactions that leave residents feeling safe and cared for.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current care standards, regulations, and medication laws.
- Understanding of requirements for providing and supervising care appropriate to residents.
- Experience with memory‑impaired residents and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift/move up to 50 pounds, perform two‑person transfers, and assist residents after falls.
- Criminal background check clearance.
