Compensation

Starting wage $31.50 - $39.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus $5,000.

Shift Schedule

Week 1:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Week 2:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7pm-7am

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the building in the absence of department heads, lead the Wellness team, and coordinate with other departments to ensure quick, reliable, person‑centered care.
  • Serve as a frontline leader, answering call lights, responding to team assistance requests, and demonstrating a sense of urgency that prioritizes residents’ needs.
  • Document accurately and efficiently: complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents, and file them correctly.
  • Provide compassionate care that reflects Arrow’s core values, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and results in the resident feeling safe and cared for.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
  • Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law.
  • Understanding of requirements for providing appropriate care and supervision for residents.
  • Preferred experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents (not required).
  • Preferred experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (not required).
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude; enthusiasm for working with residents.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after-fall recovery.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
