Meadow Falls of North Royalton is a licensed assisted living community located in North Royalton, Ohio, committed to providing a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable living environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support ongoing renovation and improvement projects throughout our building.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled maintenance or construction professional.

• Install carpeting, vinyl plank and sheet flooring
• Replace or install lighting fixtures
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Communicate with leadership to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently

• Experience with flooring and lighting installations
• General knowledge of carpentry, light electrical, and renovation work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Tools preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
