The Water Damage Technician will assist team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor while gaining training and experience in professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage.

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform and well‑groomed.
• Be available for on‑call duty and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly (timesheets, PO forms, field check‑lists).
• Monitor loss and document readings.
• Exercise good judgment and follow written and oral instructions while applying problem‑solving skills.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle tools, reach with hands and arms, and speak or hear.
• Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
