Position OverviewVeterans Fence is looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our yard and warehouse organized while supporting our crews and customers by preparing materials for jobs and deliveries.
This is a hands-on, active position working both indoors and outdoors in our warehouse and yard.
Responsibilities- Pull and stage fence materials for customer pickups and installation crews
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and stocking materials
- Maintain organization of yard inventory including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and chain link materials
- Help keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist customers and drivers with loading materials when needed
- Perform general yard maintenance and cleanup
- Support team members with daily operational tasks
- May go to the field to assist with Jobs during peak season times.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Extremely organized and work efficiently
- Forklift experience is a required
- Warehouse, construction, or yard experience preferred but not required
$16–$19 per hour starting pay
Weekly attendance bonus available
(Pay based on experience)
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
