Overview
I am looking for a Plasterer to work on behalf of the council in the North Shields area.
The successful candidate will carry out plastering work in domestic properties across the North Shields and wider area.
Work will include all aspects of plastering in tenanted properties to a high standard including full reskims, patch plastering and dot and dab plastering.
Responsibilities- Carry out plastering work in domestic properties across the North Shields and wider area
- Complete plastering in tenanted properties to a high standard
- Full reskims, patch plastering and dot and dab plastering
- £18 - £19 P/H
- Guaranteed long-term work
- Hours:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)
- City and Guilds or NVQ in plastering
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Driving license
- Asbestos awareness ticket (in date)
