Job Title: Preschool Lead (Lead Preschool Teacher)

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $41,000 to $45,760 Per Year

At Anchor Point Early Learning Academy, we provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to foster a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Support our mission of providing a safe, caring, and joyful space for children to learn and grow.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor’s preferred)
• CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Passion for teaching and caring for young children
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow professionally
• Experience working in an early childhood setting

• Pay:
  Starting at $20.00 an hour (based on experience and education)

• Associate degree (Required)
• Child Care: 1 year (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
