TITLE: Math Interventionist
- Classroom Teacher
QUALIFICATIONS: R. I. Certification as Teacher Required, Middle School Mathematics, Elementary Certification, or Related Certificate Required
REPORTS TO: Building Administrator
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: School Year. Salary and other conditions as per contractual agreement with School Committee
EVALUATION: Evaluation annually in accordance with provisions of the School Committee Policy on Evaluation
JOB GOAL: To lead students toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional and psychological growth and maturation
RHODE ISLAND PROFESSIONAL TEACHING STANDARDS:
- Standard 1: Teachers create learning experiences using a broad base of general knowledge that reflects an understanding of the nature of the communities and world in which we live.
