• Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Utilize hair coloring and highlighting techniques as requested by clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and treatments.
• Apply knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring services.
• Assist with retail sales by providing product recommendations based on client needs, utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory effectively.

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their styling preferences.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in the salon environment.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including barbering and coloring.
