Position Summary
The Supervisor, DC Operations reports to the Manager of DC Operations. The DC Operations Supervisor is the front‑line connection with warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets. The supervisor drives daily work execution, monitors performance, and supports the Operations Manager with total leadership and operations.
This is a 2nd shift role, 2:30pm‑11:30pm, Monday‑Friday with flexibility as needed.
Oversee daily operations in a warehouse section, utilizing reports, summaries, and procedures to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency. Analyze data and recommend best practices to the Operations Manager. Assign colleagues to work areas to balance workload and meet metrics, and collaborate daily to adjust staffing needs. Conduct audits, maintain records, and provide updates on department progress. Ensure compliance with all company policies, federal and state laws, and support operational effectiveness.

Maintain floor presence, engage with colleagues, and validate execution of critical action items. Communicate openly, foster an "always on" engagement mindset, provide feedback and coaching, and manage disciplinary actions when required. Collaborate with Advice & Counsel on terminations, support inclusive culture, and own talent management processes to develop and retain talent. Deliver a best‑in‑class training experience, identify high‑potential talent, and oversee safety and performance records.
ContinuousImprovement & Change Management
Act as a change agent, embrace organizational improvement initiatives, and use metrics to monitor progress. Identify opportunities within the department and the entire DC, recommend improvements, and provide constructive feedback. Encourage openness to change, gather colleague feedback, and drive efficiency and engagement.
Required Qualifications- 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office
- 1+ year experience in a distribution center or similar environment
- 1+ year experience in a leadership role
- Ability to work multiple shifts or departments
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgement and independent work with minimal supervision
- Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies
Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Verifiable High School Diploma/GED.

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 – $93,574.00, depending on experience, education, geography and other factors. The position is eligible for bonus, commission or short-term incentive programs.
