Registered Nurse; RN – ICU Float

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Float to join our healthcare team in North Smithfield, RI. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care across multiple ICU units, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.

• Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring vital signs and responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Educating patients and families about their conditions and care plans
• Adapting to different ICU environments and maintaining flexibility in assignments

• Current RN license in the state of Rhode Island
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
