Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business.;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating staff; manage staffing and scheduling; develop associates; succession planning.;
Ensure a safe environment for associates and pets; maintain store standards; manage inventory and compliance with policies and procedures.;
Communicate business and financial objectives; analyze reports; drive profitability and manage store P&L including labor and supplies.;
Oversee payroll processing and scheduling; lead in-store and community events; partner with local adoption groups.
