• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor store access points, high‑traffic areas, and/or merchandise zones for unusual activity, policy violations, and customer assistance needs, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with crowd and/or line management, and following post orders related to opening, closing, and after‑hours patrol activity.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
