Security Officer Gatehouse

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Monitor access control points, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Support visitor management and entry screening processes, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate clearly with staff and/or first responders during security-related events.
