Responsibilities- Preparation/Review of partnership, S-corp, C-corp, individual, trust/estate tax returns.
- Communicating with clients as a trusted advisor regarding tax compliance and planning.
- Being a mentor and leader to entry level employees.
- Corresponding with taxing authorities regarding tax notices as needed.
- Performing tax research and staying current on latest federal and state tax law changes.
- CPA license required.
- Minimum five years of experience; nonprofit tax return experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively delegate work.
- Comfortable with complex returns and high net worth clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
