Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a High School Special Education Resource Teacher for the  school year in the North St. Paul, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll DoCreate an inclusive classroom setting for all learners

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or
4)3 Professional References Required Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
