This is a full-time, on-site role for a Police Officer located in North St. Paul, MN. The Police Officer will be responsible for maintaining public safety and enforcing local, state, and federal laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, responding to emergency and non-emergency calls, conducting criminal investigations, managing evidence, and protecting citizens and property. The officer will also collaborate with community members and other public safety agencies to promote a safe and secure environment.

• Strong proficiency in law enforcement procedures, including patrol operations and adherence to legal standards
• Experience in conducting criminal investigations and handling evidence
• Knowledge of law enforcement practices related to serving as a Police Officer
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with community members and team members in a professional manner
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle high-stress situations
• Completion of required law enforcement training and valid certification as a Police Officer
• Understanding of ethical standards and commitment to serving the community
• A valid driver’s license
• Prior experience or education in criminal justice or a related field is a plus
