Sr. Maintenance Tech

Calgon Carbon Corporation Careers is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Tech to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Responsibilities include preventative and predictive maintenance, mechanical and basic electrical work, root-cause analysis, and accurate maintenance documentation. You will collaborate closely with operations and engineering, uphold strict safety and environmental standards, and support continuous improvement in a clean, mission-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Document work orders and maintenance activities in CMMSCollaborate with operations and engineering to support production goals
• Follow and promote all safety, environmental, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Assist with installation, startup, and modification of equipment and systems
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability
• Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in an organized, safe condition
