Job Summary
I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local council in the North Shields area. The successful candidate will carry out reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the North Shields and wider area. Work will include planned maintenance such as hanging doors, replacing architraves and installing skirting.
Work Hours and Location8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
Remuneration- £18.50 P/H Umbrella or CIS
- Long run of work
- Plan maintenance on domestic properties
- Execute 2nd fix maintenance to a high standard
- City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery
- CSCS card (skilled)
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Asbestos awareness ticket (in date)
- Manual Handling certification
