Painter & Decorator
Location: North Tyneside
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: 18 per hour
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team working across refurbished kitchens and bathrooms in domestic properties throughout the North Tyneside area.
This role involves carrying out high-quality painting and finishing work in occupied and void homes as part of planned refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming
- Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces to a high standard
- Working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in residential properties
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe
- Communicating professionally with tenants, residents, and team members
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator in domestic properties
- Experience working in kitchens and bathrooms is highly desirable
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to travelling between properties)
