We’re hiring a dynamic Benefits Specialist & Growth Coordinator!

Here’s the 30,000-foot view of what the job is…You will work with the Director of Operations to put together packages, presentations, and reporting.
You will lead the team in maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. You will run, create and analyze reports that keep our clients informed and make it easy to offer great service. We’re looking for an innovator — someone who will help us become more efficient, win new clients, and improve our profitability.

- Onboard new clients
. Coordinate gathering and completion of all intake forms and required documentation for the onboarding a new client. - Ensure our continued excellence in customer service by getting back to claim assistance requests, replying to client emails in a timely manner and doing follow up on such items as sending gifts and cards for upcoming milestones, anniversaries, birthdays etc.
- Grow our business and supplier relationships alongside the CEO by attending networking opportunities, updating our social media with behind-the-scenes coverage, attending monthly networking events and reaching out to our suppliers with gifts and cards for upcoming milestones; anniversaries, birthdays… etc.
- Prepare to innovate for The Benefits Code to increase day-to-day efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports to keep our clients informed on what benefits are being used, reanalyze their company needs and note recommendations for any changes to their package that would be beneficial.
- Create unique and engaging employee sessions and presentations to onboard and educate employees on the great benefits and programs they have available to them through their employer.
- Book meetings with clients
- You are familiar with HR best practices. We need someone who understands the HR industry and can help us educate and support employees.
- You believe in the power of good data. Use your love of statistics to make our services better. Communicate your findings to management and help us improve our service to our clients.
- You model true kindness. Demonstrate your interpersonal skills by helping us maintain our client relationships. Our clients should feel the value that you place on being accommodating and thoughtful. It’s not just about gifts and emails — we want someone who is sincere and energetic about helping people.
