Partnering with a full team of professionals, this role provides comprehensive and balanced financial solutions that support the financial wellness of our clients. This position is perfect for someone wanting to develop their banking career towards a Financial Planning/Advisory pathway. Your in‑depth understanding of a wide variety of investment and credit solutions enable you to be a sales and service leader.
This role is within our Blue Shore Financial division, based out of the Lonsdale branch in North Vancouver and working a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
What you’ll do- Respond to a wide variety of client requests and inquiries using the "Four Pillars" approach – Banking, Investments, Credit and Insurance.
- Understand and advise clients on the purchase of registered and non‑registered investment products (including Mutual Funds). Complete and process all related documentation using advisory tools and ensuring compliance with regulations. Refer more complex needs to Financial Advisor as required.
- Understand and advise clients on the purchase of personal lending products and services including mortgages, personal loans, lines of credit, Master Card applications and associated insurance products. Make appropriate credit recommendations to Manager.
- Call unassigned clients during campaigns and as directed by Manager. Negotiate pricing and process renewals within established pricing grid.
- Process estate accounts compiling the necessary documentation. Complete required transactions and refer more complex requests as needed.
- 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
- Mutual Funds license and experience is an asset.
- Solid understanding of retail lending (including mortgages) and investment products.

- Compensation: Annual salary range of $58,500 – $68,800
