As a Financial Services Associate 2, you are an integral part of the sales and service team. In this essential role, you promote and sell Beem Credit Union products and services while recognizing opportunities for mutually beneficial product/service offerings. In this role you work directly with clients responding to a wide variety of requests using the “Four Pillars” approach - Banking, Investments, Credit, and Insurance.

This is role is within our Blue Shore Financial division, based out of our Edgemont Village
Branch located in North Vancouver.

• Provides superior service to un-assigned clients by responding to a wide variety of requestsusing the “Four Pillars” approach – Banking, Investments, Credit and Insurance.
• Understands and advises clients on the purchase of registered and non-registered investment products (excluding Mutual Funds). Completes and processes all related documentation.
• Understands and advises clients on the purchase of personal lending products and services including personal loans, lines ofcredit, Master Card applications and associated insurance products. Makes appropriate credit recommendations to Manager.
• Calls unassigned clients during campaigns and as directed by Manager. Negotiates pricing and processes renewals within established pricing grid.
• Reviews clients’ Client Experience Management (CEM) profile during each interaction, updating as appropriate and acting upon potential opportunities. Refersmore complex needs to appropriate personnel as required. Uses CEM to enhance the Client Intimacy (CI) strategy
• Possesses a solid understanding of the products and services offered through to Beem Wealth & Planning. Makes referrals where appropriate.
• May provide backup for multiple roles as assigned by Manager, including Financial Services Associate 1

• 1-2 years of experience in a financial intuition
• Demonstrated knowledge of retail lending, loans, lines of credit, etc.
• Solid understanding of core products and services
• Working towards mutual funds course
• Some post-secondary education preferred

• Compensation: Annual salary range of $53,700 – $58,700
  , with pay based on your skills and experience, and performance bonuses tied to shared goals
