Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with requests using the Four Pillars framework

• Advise on registered and non-registered investment products

• Manage personal lending products and make credit recommendations

• Initiate calls to clients as per campaign directives

• Update Client Experience Management profiles for opportunities

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience within a financial institution

• Knowledge of retail lending and related services

• Familiarity with core financial products

• Progress toward mutual funds certification

• Preferred candidates should have post-secondary education
