Position: Senior Finance Leader at Cascadia Green Development
Drive financial leadership at Cascadia Green Development in North Vancouver as the Senior Finance Leader. Oversee accounting and project financing to ensure rigorous financial discipline and insightful decision support.

As the Director of Finance and Accounting, you’ll manage finance functions across corporate, development, and construction domains. A blend of technical accounting skills with finance acumen is essential for success in this hands-on role. You will directly contribute to financial reporting, project cash flow forecasts, and executive analysis, ensuring accuracy across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Manage month-end closing and reconciliations

• Prepare and maintain project budgets and cash flow forecasts

• Support financial communications and lender reporting

• Enhance internal controls and documentation processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred

• 8+ years in accounting and finance

• Experience in real estate development or construction

• Understanding of project accounting and forecasting

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
