Lead the tax department at Northland Properties Corporation as the Tax Director in Vancouver. This full-time position is essential for managing global tax strategy and compliance efforts.

As a Tax Director, you will oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with regulations across different jurisdictions. Your expertise will guide tax risk assessments and you will collaborate with Finance and external consultants. The role requires strategic insight and a commitment to continuous improvement and mentoring of junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely compliance with tax filing and payments

• Supervise tax return preparation and audits

• Define transfer pricing strategies and documentation

• Support tax planning for new ventures and contracts

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in tax compliance and strategy

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• CPA designation preferred and recommended
