Financial Analyst - FP&A Gros Margin

Drive financial insights at Arc'teryx as a Financial Analyst specializing in FP&A for Gross Margin. This North Vancouver role focuses on optimizing operations through enhanced KPI tracking and strategic analysis.

As a Financial Analyst, you will support our Gross Margin teams by providing valuable insights into financial performance and operational efficiency. Collaborate with various stakeholders to investigate cost variances, conduct scenario analysis, and enhance financial reporting processes, contributing significantly to company growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly and monthly margin reports for stakeholders

• Review month-end finances and enhance accuracy

• Collaborate with Accounting on cost and operational analyses

• Support development of financial models for revenue forecasts

• Lead improvements in financial reporting for senior leadership

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A

• Degree in finance/accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
