Position: CFO at Hollyburn Country Club
Location: West Vancouver

Lead financial strategy as the Chief Financial Officer at Hollyburn Country Club in West Vancouver. This senior leadership role demands a hands-on finance leader with a focus on financial stewardship and strategic insights.

The Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO/GM, overseeing the complex financial landscape of this member-owned, not-for-profit club. You will leverage over 10 years of progressive experience to enhance financial visibility, develop long-range plans, and ensure timely reporting. The role focuses on modernizing the finance function using AI, automation, and enhanced reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Develop long-range financial plans and capital strategies

• Partner with department leaders to improve performance

• Ensure accurate monthly financial reporting

• Act as liaison to Finance Committee and Board

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• 10+ years in finance leadership roles

• Experience in hospitality or multi-department environments

• Proven ability to enhance finance processes and systems

• Strong communication skills with non-financial leaders
