In this role, you will be a key partner in the FP&A function. You will analyze financial data, develop models, and prepare reports for senior leadership, focusing on real estate investment performance and long-term planning. The Senior Finance Analyst will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance financial acumen and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare insightful reports

• Monitor and analyze financial performance trends

• Support annual budgeting and long-term financial forecasting

• Analyze cash flows and assess investment returns

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on financial insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 3 to 5 years in financial analysis for real estate

• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• CPA or CFA designation is an asset
