Position: Gross Margin Financial Analyst at Arc'teryx
Join Arc'teryx as a Gross Margin Financial Analyst, FP&A in North Vancouver. Support cross-functional teams and enhance financial performance through savvy analytical insights and KPI reporting.

In this role, you will focus on optimizing operations for the Gross Margin team while refining the FP&A function. Your work will involve collaboration with senior leadership, actionable insights, and financial support for strategic growth initiatives. You'll tackle tasks ranging from financial forecasting and variance analysis to improving reporting visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain weekly and monthly margin reports using Onestream and Power BI

• Review monthly financial results and improve forecast accuracy

• Support gross margin forecasting and investigate cost variances

• Build relationships with directors and functional teams as a business partner

• Lead improvements to the month-end review process

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; CPA/CMA/CA/CFA/MBA preferred

• Advanced analytical skills and MS Excel proficiency

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities

• Eligible to work in Canada
