In this pivotal role within the Estx̱ wáy̓usem Finance team, you’ll conduct financial analysis that supports various community projects, including those exceeding $100M. Your extensive experience in capital projects will play a crucial role in shaping multi-year financial plans. Collaborating with project managers and diverse teams, you will ensure that financial strategies align with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis for capital project portfolios

• Develop meaningful financial models for project assessments

• Prepare capital budgets and variance reports

• Provide financial insights to non-financial stakeholders

• Manage internal and external reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• Over 5 years of financial analysis experience

• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills

• Exposure to complex budgets of $100M+

• Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of Power BI
