Responsibilities- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues as necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes promptly and accurately.
- Provide clear, personal guidance to customers on banking solutions and processes.
- Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through team effectiveness and personal performance development.
- Assist team members by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and propose operational improvements to drive excellence.
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Self‑motivated, accurate, and detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Dynamic communicator with proven customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with diverse individuals.
- Mandarin language skills considered an asset for this opportunity.
