Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard issues as necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes promptly and accurately.
  • Provide clear, personal guidance to customers on banking solutions and processes.
  • Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through team effectiveness and personal performance development.
  • Assist team members by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and propose operational improvements to drive excellence.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Self‑motivated, accurate, and detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Dynamic communicator with proven customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with diverse individuals.
  • Mandarin language skills considered an asset for this opportunity.
