Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end collections for complex customer accounts

• Achieve defined DSO and delinquency reduction goals

• Reconcile payments against open invoices accurately

• Support teammates in the invoicing process

• Enhance AR collections efficiency through continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Strong collections knowledge in a corporate context

• Ability to manage high-risk customer accounts effectively

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables

• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field preferred
