As a key member of the FP&A team, you'll assist in delivering invaluable financial insights and support the budgeting process at Nch’ḵaý.

Your role encompasses cash-flow analysis, forecasting, and providing performance insights to senior leadership. You'll collaborate with various teams, ensuring informed strategic planning through comprehensive financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report financial performance trends

• Prepare detailed forecasts and investment analyses

• Assist in leading the annual budgeting cycle

• Build relationships with internal and external partners

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields

• 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience

• Proficient in financial software and reporting tools

• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset

• CPA or CFA designation preferred
