Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming communications from clients and partners

• Provide attentive and accurate client service

• Complete administrative tasks for the Management team

• Process account documentation and transactions

• Support Advisor teams with operational tasks

Requirements:

• Meticulous attention to detail and time management

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work independently and seek solutions

• Knowledge of RBC systems is a plus
