In your role as Cost Control Specialist, you will assist project managers and oversee financial aspects within the Capital Projects team. A strong understanding of project management and cost control methodologies is essential, as well as exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. You will ensure the financial success and accountability of various projects while contributing to Neptune's commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in work order tracking

• Provide budget analysis and corrective action recommendations

• Review proposed project changes for financial viability

• Perform variance analysis for monthly reporting

• Assist with month-end capital accruals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of project cost control experience

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting

• CPA or PMP preferred

• Knowledge of cost control systems like Prism
