BC Ballet Academy is a growing dance school dedicated to providing high-quality dance training and inspiring students of all ages. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to help expand our brand presence, promote our programs, and connect with our local community.

• Assess our service and offerings to determine marketing needs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our classes, workshops, and seasonal programs
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting, and engagement
• Create marketing materials such as posters, newsletters, short videos, and promotional content
• Maintain and update the school’s website and class information
• Run digital advertising campaigns and track performance
• Photograph and film classes, events, and performances for marketing use
• Support promotion of recitals, open houses, community events, and new program launches
• Monitor marketing analytics and prepare simple reports
• Work closely with the management team to develop branding strategies

• A bachelor’s degree is essential.
• Experience in marketing, social media management, digital advertising, or experience working in the arts, dance, or education industry.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms
• Strong content creation skills (social media posts, short videos, simple graphic design)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Strong artistic sense and aesthetic judgment
• Photography or videography skills
• Knowledge of another second language (asset for communicating with diverse families)
