Position: Join The Salvation Army as Kettle Host
Become a Christmas Kettle Host with The Salvation Army and contribute to community welfare this season. Engage with donors and secure donations at various kettle sites in the North Shore.

This temporary role is vital for the success of the Christmas Kettle Campaign. You will be responsible for engaging potential donors, maintaining a secure kettle environment, and showcasing The Salvation Army’s mission. The role requires availability for flexible shifts in busy locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend the kettle for entire work shifts

• Provide information to donors regarding our programs

• Represent The Salvation Army in a professional manner

• Ensure safety of donations while on duty

• Follow all organizational safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Up to one year of related experience

• Familiarity with handling money is preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Must be able to lift and manage kettle equipment

• Flexible working hours and shifting priorities
