ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of international B2B sales experience, preferably in OEM or technical sales within the cycling industries.
  • Strong technical affinity, able to understand and discuss product specifications with engineering teams and customers.
  • Proven track record of growing and developing sales partnerships.
  • Expert knowledge of cycling products is a benefit to the role.
WHAT DOES THIS JOB LOOK LIKE?

As an OEM Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our global OEM partnerships with leading bicycle manufacturers. Your role will focus on building long‑term relationships, securing new OEM projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet our partners’ exact specifications. You will work closely with product development, engineering, and logistics teams to align on technical requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish, onboard & maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel within OEM customer accounts & strive for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and secure new OEM opportunities with leading bicycle manufacturers.
  • Develop and negotiate long‑term supply agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate customer plans and needs into detailed requests.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality compliance.
  • Professional Correspondence: email, phone and in‑person visit/hosting of buyer contacts.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast sales, and report to management.
  • Create account plans to grow existing business and seek out new business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Act as a leading source of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

COMPENSATION & WORK TIME REQUIRED

The position is for 9 full‑time days out of every 10; every second week you will have an extra day off. The position assumes a Monday‑Friday schedule with every second Friday off.

8 hours/day with a 30‑minute paid lunch break. (36h / week average), flexible hours within reason and approval. You will accrue 10 paid vacation days per year to start.

The benchmark compensation for this role will be in the range of $75, CAD / year paid semi‑monthly (dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview).

In addition there is an annual performance‑based Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) & access to our fully funded comprehensive group benefits/insurance.
