Overview
Mantech’s Advanced Paper Systems division, which provides automatic threading equipment and Threading as a Service (TTaaS) for the pulp and paper industry is the core of our business. Our proprietary threading products are renowned for top performance, leading the industry in reliability, quality and ease of use. We have 30 years of specialized experience providing customized designs for each customer solution.
Since 1995, our manufacturing clients from a variety of industries worldwide have looked to Mantech to solve their custom manufacturing problems. We utilize our expertise in manufacturing our proprietary products to fill a unique niche in the manufacturing services industry, offering design and engineering services, waterjet cutting, welding, CNC machining and fabrication all under the same roof. Our manufacturing customers fall into a wide range of industries across the Lower Mainland – fuel cell, robotics, pharmaceutical, general automation, to name a few.
We work with them to make their projects successful – by delivering high quality work and by making suggestions to improve manufacturability that lower their costs.
We operate out of an integrated facility in North Vancouver. Our shop is modern, clean and well-organized, with the right mix of skilled people and equipment to get the job done. Safety is a key component of our business. We pride ourselves on finding solutions to make the workplace safer, whether it’s reducing repetitive strain or preventing more catastrophic injury. We have integrated our customized solutions into a variety of different workplace environments, all with a focus on safety, while keeping production efficiency in mind.
However, our key focus is the design, manufacture and after-sales support of automated threading equipment for the paper and pulp industry.

ResponsibilitiesAre you a results-driven self-starter looking for the opportunity to leave your mark on a local company on the North Shore? Do you embody our core values?
Qualifications- A background in industrial sales and an aptitude for selling technical products.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in an outbound sales role.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other technical fields.
- Although infrequent (less than 20%), North American travel may be required, mainly the US with Europe also possible. A valid passport is required.
