Renewal by Andersen is the start-to-finish window and patio door replacement division of Andersen, one of the most recognized window brands in North America.

This is not construction work. This is in-home consulting and closing with homeowners who requested a meeting.

You will:

• Run professional in-home consultations, lead the conversation, guide decisions
• Inspect existing windows and doors, identify performance issues homeowners often don’t recognize yet
• Ask smart discovery questions, connect problems to solutions, and present options clearly
• Discuss the total investment and financing paths confidently
• Help homeowners make a decision in the home, with integrity and control

• Took responsibility, even when it wasn’t your fault
• Can build trust fast, ask direct questions, and stay calm under pressure
• Loves mastering a craft, product knowledge, inspection skill, and communication skill
• Runs a schedule like a pro, prepared, on time, sharp
• Wants to be coached, implement fast, and keep improving

• Prefer to “follow up later” instead of guiding a decision
• Avoid direct conversations about money, timing, or commitment
• Need a predictable 9–5
