As Jetson redefines home electrification with data and automated solutions, your role will be crucial in developing a high-performing sales team. You will design onboarding programs tailored to accelerate new hire productivity and create ongoing training that aligns with best practices in inside sales. Your analytical skills will help to surface coaching opportunities and drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create structured onboarding and continuous training sessions

• Develop engaging content for sales coaching

• Review call data to identify areas for improvement

• Support managers in enhancing their coaching skills

• Design interventions based on performance metrics

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales enablement or training roles

• Experience in high-volume inside sales environments

• Strong data analysis and facilitation skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Hub Spot

• Preferred background in HVAC or similar sectors
