Automotive Sales Representative

Our team is expanding! We are looking for a driven sales professional who knows the dealership floor and excels at closing.

• Direct dealership experience (Required)
• Active VSA license (Required)
• Proven track record of hitting targets

• Strong customer service, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully with a diverse range of guests.
• Sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, including experience guiding clients through high‑value purchase decisions.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options in an accessible manner.
• Basic technology and computer literacy, including comfort with CRM systems, email, and dealership software.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time, including evenings and weekends as required in a retail automotive environment.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and confidence conducting test drives with guests.
• Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience is an MUST; familiarity with luxury brands.
