We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Equipment Coordinator to join our accomplished team! This is a temporary, part-time position with the potential to transition into a permanent role, depending on workload demands and alignment of skills. WONDERING WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Your role will require you to have a keen eye on health and safety while working in a shop and office environment. These responsibilities will be in your domain.

Coordination and maintenance of environmental field equipment across competing programs.

Ensuring vehicles and equipment are tracked according to the company’s standard operating practices.

Sourcing, packing, and purchasing equipment to support numerous and competing field‑based programs.

Cost tracking and record keeping.

THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Post‑secondary education (technical diploma or certificate) would be an asset but not required.

Applicants must hold a full, current driver’s license.

Strong organizational skills.

Equipment/warehouse inventory experience.
