• Assign and supervise work among trades employees
• Collaborate with management on daily operational goals
• Promote and uphold Seaspan's safety and quality protocols
• Document progress and challenges for Area Managers
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of combined trades and supervisory experience
• Familiarity with heavy manufacturing processes
• Ability to lead effectively and resolve conflicts
• Proficient in MS Office and web-based tools
• Commitment to fostering team collaboration and diversity
Lead Crane & Rigging projects effectively while ensuring a culture of safety and quality at Seaspan Shipyards.
