In this pivotal role, you'll be tasked with the installation and troubleshooting of gearboxes, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You'll play a crucial part in mentoring junior staff and maintaining our standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refurbish and install gearboxes and machinery

• Perform inspections and testing of gear systems

• Act as liaison between clients and the company

• Enhance junior technician skillsets through mentorship

• Address and troubleshoot technical issues effectively

Requirements:

• Certificate as a Millwright, Machinist, or Heavy Duty Mechanic

• 3+ years of relevant technician experience

• Strong understanding of gearbox repair processes

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
