Position: Experienced Carpenter for Construction Sites
Join our construction team as an Experienced Carpenter working directly at various job sites. This role emphasizes hands-on carpentry skills and requires you to perform under physically demanding conditions.

We are looking for a Carpenter with a minimum of five years of experience. You will read blueprints, measure, and assemble materials to complete residential renovations effectively. Supervision of apprentices and adherence to safety protocols are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches

• Measure, cut, and shape various materials

• Install windows, doors, and other fixtures

• Manage and instruct up to two apprentices

• Complete work according to safety standards

Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant carpentry experience

• High school graduation certificate

• Must have own tools and safety gear

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
