In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the full lifecycle of gearbox management from installation to troubleshooting. Your position will not only enhance operational efficiency but also involve mentoring the next generation of technicians in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refurbish and correctly install gearboxes and machines

• Perform in-depth testing and troubleshooting of gearbox systems

• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams

• Mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of work

Requirements:

• Certificate of qualification as a Millwright or related trade

• At least 3 years of experience in machining

• Comprehensive knowledge of gearbox repairs and troubleshooting

• Understanding of industrial sensors and controls

• Capability to interpret engineering drawings
